Month to Month rentals can be arranged as needed with the Seasonal Rates as follows:

1 January - 31 March 2025 = R 19,500.00 p/m

1 - 30 April 2025 = R 17,000.00 p/m

1 May 2025 - 31st August 2025 = R 16,000 p/m

1 - 30 September 2025 = R 17,000.00 p/m

1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026 = R 21,450.00 p/m

Please note the rate above is inclusive of all amenities and utilities, namely Wi-fi, Weekly Linen & Towel Refresh, Weekly Room Cleaning Service, Water and Electricity. The combined value of these included extras are R 2,300.00.

Parking is however excluded.
