Remove the existing paving. Install new drainage gully and pipes.

Waterproof exterior walls. Re-lay paving to correct drainage angles.

INTERIOR:

Repair and seal the walls in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

Paint all the interior walls and ceilings.

Paint the interior doors and skirtings. Varnish woodwork.

Re-do entire bathroom: New shower, new cabinet, tiling, plumbing repairs and connections. Fit a new extractor fan.
