1.Minimum period of stay during November April is 3 months

2.For a rental period, inclusive of any of the months of November February a minimum of R60,000month for any those months would be applicable

3.If any of the months mentioned under 2 are proposed in a rental period, then at least 2 of those months would have to be rented. For example:

oNovember December minimum 3 months and inclusive of 2 months during that period, or

oJanuary March minimum 3 months and inclusive of 2 months during that period.

4.Outside of the months mentioned under 2 the rate would be R45,000month.

5.In the instance of a long-term contract, i.e. 12 months, then R30,000month for 12 months would be applicable.
