This beautiful and warmly welcoming beach house and apartment combines modern finishes and rustic country charm and amazing ocean views of the bay and Mossel bay in the distance. Unwind at this open-plan beach house which is fenced-in and surrounded by a green area with abundant birdlife and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. And although shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a mere five minutes'' drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

The ground floor unveils an open-plan layout, featuring a secluded courtyard with an outside braai, an inside fireplace or braai, a very well-equipped kitchen equipped with all the essential items, a separate scullery and laundry room, a sunken sitting-room, dining room, TV lounge and a convenient guest toilet. A spare ensuite bedroom with views of the ocean and a direct access to the courtyard and outside shower.

Ascending to the upper floor via s spiral staircase is the expansive master bedroom with a Queen size bed and boasts a spa bath big enough for two, a wash basin and separate toilet. On the opposite side of the master bedroom is another staircase leading to the open loft bedroom with a double bed and blinds for privacy.
