On entering the property, you find a spacious open plan living area which comprises of a dining room and lounge, both with sliding doors leading to an undercover patio where you can relax and enjoy the ever-changing views.

For those needing to keep in touch with family and friends, or for work purposes, there is a quiet study off the dining room.

The large open plan kitchen is modern and bright and is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven.

Leading off the kitchen is a fully contained flatlet comprising of one bedroom queen bed with en-suite bathroom, lounge with doors leading to a private balcony -perfect for those looking for a bit more privacy. An inter-leading door separates the flatlet from the rest of the house.

The house provides two further bedrooms and two bathrooms main being en-suite, both offering queen size beds.

The lounge has a wood burning fireplace to ward off those chilly evenings.

Downstairs is the entertainment area with an undercover patio, built in braai facility and swimming pool - perfect for those lazy days relaxing around the pool, or entertaining family or friends.

There is a carport for one vehicle and additional secure parking within the fenced property.

R3000- Out of Season- minimum of 3 nights required

R4300 - Mid High Season Incl. Easter Holidays, Oyster Festival and School holidays - Minimum of 5 nights preferred

R5500 - Peak Season 1 December - 28 February - Minimum of 7-10 nights preferred

All rates are negotiable depending on the length of stay.
