This single story home offers you your own Swimming Pool and Braai in a lovely garden.

Enjoy the light open-plan living areas with TV lounge, enclosed patio with a built-in wood braai, lounge and dining table seating 6. This leads out onto the Pool, Garden and Braai area.

1.9kms to Lookout Beach and 1.8kms to Main Street Plett.

There is a Weber braai for you to use on the pool patio. There is a separate kitchen and the laundry is across the patio.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

All bedrooms are carpeted. The master and second bedroom both open onto the patio and garden.

Main Bedroom: King sized bed with TV and ceiling fan with en-suite bathroom: Bath with overhead shower and curtain, Toilet and Basin. There is a TV connected to DSTV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a ceiling fan and doors leading onto the patio and garden.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with a ceiling fan

Family Bathroom: Bath, Shower, Basin and Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION CHECKLIST:

5KVA Solar which runs the house except for the geyser and oven.

Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays and Fridays. Her rate is included in the rental for 2 weekdays excluding public holidays. Her hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

The Swimming Pool does not have a Safety Net or Fence. There are X2 sun loungers for use around the pool.

Alarm system with external and internal security beams.

Linen, Bath and one set of Pool Beach Towels provided.

Fibre Internet at 20-30mbps and uncapped.

X1 Built-in Wood X1 Weber Braai for charcoal.

TV with DSTV included in the rental. The main Lounge has a Smart TV and DSTV Decoder.

Kitchen is equipped: Dishwasher, 4 plate Gas Hob andamp X1 Undercounter Electric Oven and X1 Fridge and Freezer Combo.

Garage:X1 Top Loader Washing Machine and X1 Tumble Drier, X1 FridgeFreezer combo.

Note for those with allergies: The Owners have two dogs but they will not be at the house during any rentals.

Garage Parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and a carport for another vehicle and another 1-2 in the Driveway.

Access is via a remote controlled gate.

Please note that the top cupboards in the bedrooms are private and excluded from the rental.

Payment and Booking Terms:

Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

Booking deposit of 50 to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.

Rates:

December 2025-January 2026 min. 2 weeks R 5450.00 per day.

Mid season: R2600.00 per night Minimum booking 7 nights.
