Enter from the front door into the entrance hall. To the right are two guest bedrooms and a bathroom and on the left is the main bedroom. The entrance leads to the open-plan living area with kitchen, indoor dining and lounge.

Doors lead onto the outdoor entertainment area with braai and outdoor table and swimming pool all with lovely views of the valley.

The living area has a sitting room with large flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, indoor dining seating 6 and modern kitchen with a breakfast counter. There is a separate scullery. From the scullery this leads to a walled courtyard with two sun loungers and a foot shower for after the beach!

Enjoy the sunny swimming pool, braai, and outdoor dining table. There are two sun-loungers and a sun umbrella on the deck. Stairs lead down from the pool and patio to a fenced lawn and garden.
