* Premium DSTV included.

* Kitchen equipped with: 5 plate Gas Hob and X2 Electrical Ovens . X1 Fridge/ Freezer combo. Microwave.

* Scullery equipped with: X1 Full fridge, X1 Full freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.

* Patio has a Gas Braai.

* Mandatory Cleaning Lady to work at R300.00 per weekday for a minimum of 2 days per week.

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
