Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Villa Mount offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms across three levels, designed with relaxation and privacy in mind.

Main Level

The luxurious main bedroom features a King-size bed, a comfortable seating area, and a spacious full en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck.

Bedroom two offers a Queen-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom, while bedroom three has a Queen-size bed and makes use of the guest bathroom with a shower, conveniently located across the passage.

Upper Level

Bedroom four features a Queen-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and spectacular ocean and mountain views. A dedicated work desk provides a convenient space for those needing to catch up on a little work during their stay.

Lower Level

Bedroom five offers a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the added convenience of a kitchenette, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Bedroom six is a smaller bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and its own shower bathroom, ideal for teenagers or accompanying childcare staff.

Five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and televisions, providing additional comfort and convenience.

Parking & Security

The property offers a double garage, carport and four additional off-street parking bays. An alarm system with security beams provides added peace of mind.

Monthly Short-Stay Bookings

Booking Period & Availability

Please contact the agent to confirm availability.

This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.

Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.

Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

Payments & Deposits

A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.

50 of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50 payable 30 days before arrival.

A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

Housekeeper costs R500.00 once a week for the duration of your booking

Utilities & Services

Water and electricity are included however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.

Occupancy & Property Use

The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.

Linen, Towels & Supplies

One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.

No additional linen or towels are supplied.

Pets & Smoking

No pets are permitted. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
