Rental Options & Rates:

Short Term Rental of the House ONLY:

January 1 month rental - R55 000

February onwards for up to 3 months - R31 500 pm

Long term Rental of the House ONLY:

1 January to 15 November 2027 at R31 500 per month

Advertised rates exclude the cost of electricity usage.

Maximum occupancy: 2 mature adults

Not for people under 35 years of age, teenagers, infants, or babies.

No pets permitted including service or emotional support animals

Self-catering accommodation

Monthly rentals are strictly per calendar month no pro-rata apportionments will be considered.

For reservations of 3 months or less, the security deposit refundable is 33 of the rental value.

For rentals longer than 3 months, the security deposit equals 1 month''s rental.

A once-off admin fee of R1,500 applies.

FICA and affordability screening will be done on all applicants.
