This one bedroomed apartment covers the entire top floor of the house, and has its own entrance from the street. The photos taken unfortunately do not show the amazing views across Walker Bay all the way to Danger Point, as it was cloudy. On entering the house you go up a few stairs and then the large outside balcony and the lounge area is to your left and the dining room and kitchen in front of you. Situated against the Onrus River mountains and with indigenous Fynbos all around, you not only have the amazing sea views, but also jaw-dropping mountain views! The bedroom is very spacious as well, and it has a private balcony in front, that you can access via the sliding doors.

The property is fully furnished and available long-term or for a shorter period such as a three or six months'' stay.

Included in the rental amount is the WiFi, Netflix access and alarm. Utilities will be billed separately

The rental deposit is two month''s rental, plus there is a utilities deposit of R1 500 payable. An admin charge of R850, which will include a credit check fee, also needs to be paid up front before occupation, with both the deposits as well as the first month''s rent.
