RENTAL INFORMATION

- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.

- An exit cleaning fee will apply.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

- Rentals are for short stays only inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to.

- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months no exceptions.

- Rentals during DecemberJanuary are not available.

- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.

- No pets are allowed. If the owner grants an exception, a pet cleaning fee will apply.

- These are self-catering accommodations housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.

- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking no additional linen or towels are supplied.

- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
