Within a short 5-minute drive to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. The Whale Coast Mall is just up the road if you''re in the mood for shopping or catching a movie.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There''s plenty to see and do, ensuring you''ll create lasting memories during your stay.

C''Ve You! The flat provides all the essentials, so you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. There is a seating area and a portable braai for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as SmartTV and Wifi to stream your own Netflix. The open-plan fully loaded kitchen including a dishwasher, dining area, and living area is filled with natural light and offers a spacious and seamless flow.

Bedrooms one and two have queen beds, built-in cupboards, and a little desk area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The flat is fully walled, secure parking for two vehicles behind a motorized gate in front of the flat. The property is equipped with a backup power supply to ensure essential amenities remain operational during load-shedding.

This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.

Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.

Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

Payments & Deposits

A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.

A 50 of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50 payable 30 days before arrival.

A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

Utilities & Services

Water and electricity are included however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.

For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

Occupancy & Property Use

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

The owner may need to access his toolshed with a separate entrance from time to time.

Not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Garage access is not available.

There is no washing machine on the property guests are required to use a local laundromat.

Linen, Towels & Supplies

One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.

No additional linen or towels are supplied.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

Pets & Smoking

No pets are permitted.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Entertainment & Internet

Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
