Parking for one or up to two small vehicles is available a shade net will be erected on the paved parking area and a staircase next to the garage, behind the house, lead to the apartment and ensures privacy. A braai area in the back yard is available for tenants to use a communal space, as it is shared with the residents of the house.

Wifi is included in the rental. Water and electricity usage will be billed monthly.

The Landlord takes care of the yard and garden maintenance. A small dog is permitted at the apartment - however suitability needs to be determined as it is on the first floor.

Maximum occupancy is 2 people sharing.

Discretion is a requirement in consideration for the other residents on the property. Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Due to the staircase the property is not suitable for people with mobility restraints.
