BOOKING CONDITIONS

- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.

- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.

- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.

- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.

- Strictly no pets are allowed.

- Guests must bring their own beach towels.

- No additional linen or towels are provided.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

- Guest must log in to their own streaming accounts.

- No access to a garage.

- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided guests must make their own arrangements.

- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

- Long-term rental inquiries over 3 months will not be entertained.

- Monthly rentals during the peak season DecemberJanuary are not available.
