The upmarket studio is located in the heart of Vermont, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach Davies Tidal Pool, which is great for swimming, or a longer stroll to Breakfast Bay Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you''re in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Indigo Gold studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. Furnished practically and colorfully for easy use. Studio Gold has a full kitchen with oven stove and dishwasher, making longer stays convenient. In the lounge a big TV and DSTV. Fiber is available with a UPS so you will always be connected.

The studio has one bedroom with a queen bed, built-in cupboards, and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, undercover parking right in front of the unit.

For long weekends and school holidays, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

At other times of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

This is a non-smoking property indoors.

The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

Please note that no garage access is available.

There is no washing machine on the property a local laundromat is available nearby.

The property may be shared with the owners or other guests, with separate private entrances for each unit.

Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
