Situated on the first floor of the apartment block, this apartment offers two bedrooms, a balcony with sea views, access to all the amenities etc that the estate offers such as tennis courts, a putt putt course, a public pool, a paddle court, a laundry etc. You will have your own designated parking with communal parking available for your friends and family.

The apartment is fully furnished, but if you prefer unfurnished, we can discuss it with the owner Cutlery and crockery plus certain appliances are not included. There is pre-paid electricity and a gas stove. There is also a wall-mounted television with M-Net included in the rental amount.

The Estate has excellent security, beautiful communal gardens and direct access to the coastal walkways.
