Agents who are writing the Professional Designation Exam (PDE) on the 17th November are encouraged to attend preparatory workshops being held at the IEASA training centre on the 21st and 22nd September.

Experienced trainer, Meryl Muller, will assist delegates in preparing for all aspects of the Estate Agency Affairs Board exam and establishing how much time to allocate on exam questions in order to achieve a good result, said Annette Evans, regional manager of IEASA Western Cape.

Preparation for PDE 4 will be on Wednesday 21st September from 9am to 12 noon and PDE 5 is on the 22nd at the same times.

The cost to attend either workshop is R350 for members and R450 for non-members.

Bookings should be done as soon as possible online at www.ieasawcape.org.za, as seating is limited.

Agents must remember to bring the study guide issued by the EAAB, a notebook and Post-It notes to mark up necessary pages in the guide along with them to the workshop, said Evans.
