‘There’s a home for everyone on Private Property’ is the tagline of our exciting new integrated marketing campaign that we’re rolling out over the next few months.
The campaign will show properties at extreme ends of the property spectrum displayed on the filter bar from our website, together with the new tagline, emphasizing the fact we show the full range of properties on our site. Private Property is still the only website that's focused on agent listings, private listings, bank listings and developments thus giving visitors to our site access to a more complete pool of available properties.
If you’ve been in Gauteng or the Western Cape recently, you may have seen one of our billboards which shows the first implementation of the theme, with a 1 bedroom property on one end and presidential compound Nkandla on the other. The billboards alone should receive more than 15 million impressions monthly and have already generated lots of buzz on social media channels.
It doesn’t end there though, the billboards are just the first stage in the new campaign. We will be taking the campaign online and promoting it heavily on social media channels like Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ amongst others. The ad will also appear in print media like SAA’s inflight Sawubona magazine and Property Professional magazine. And don’t be surprised if it made an appearance on television too.
We’re expecting to see an increase in brand awareness as well as traffic to our site, and the upside for you will be a bigger audience for your listings.
