Win A Home: It’s a win all round

win_ahomeSince our* Win A Home reality TV show first aired on 21 August, we’ve been in the media (almost) more times than we can count. Luckily we have some nifty software that actually counts all the clippings it can find (TV, print and online) and allocates a value to them. And we’re pleased to report that our campaign is returning quadruple what we’ve spent on it.*

But more important than this return on our investment, is the fact that your properties, brands and indeed, your profession, are receiving more media attention than even we had anticipated!

We conceptualised the show to highlight the professionalism of our agent partners: to show how you’re more than mere salespeople, you’re trusted professionals who are on top of the complex and ever-changing real estate realm. In this, we think we’ve been successful – the ratings speak for themselves.

According to Nielsen, Win A Home is one of the most popular shows on SABC3, topping even Top Billing!

Bringing the success even closer to home is the increased traffic we’ve had on our site since the show started. Major! And resulting in even more quality leads for you!

Maziar Arsalan, Chief Marketing Officer, says “Smart advertising is what Private Property is dedicated to. Enhancing our brand strength by giving value to consumers and agents was our plan. And it has worked out really well for our real estate partners.”

And Mark Coetzee, Chief Sales Officer, says further that Win A Home is one of our most successful agent-focused initiatives to date.

Have you been watching …? Check out SABC3 at 8 every Thursday to see who is going to win the grand prize, the R6-million designer home in Gauteng’s Steyn City. And don’t forget to enter – it could be you! Just our way of bringing you even more value!
