The suburb lies between Solomon Mahlangu Drive to the north, River Road to the south, Glover Avenue to the west and Smuts Avenue as well as Hans Strijdom Avenue to the east.

Lyttelton Manor offers easy access to highways to Johannesburg, OR Tambo Airport and Polokwane, with four railway stations nearby including Kloofsig, Sportpark and Verwoerdburg as well as Centurion Gautrain station.
