After a year of studying banking models in Uganda, the UAE and the UK, Lephoi was then promoted to lead the online home loans sales team at one of the South African banks in 2011. She joined Nedbank Home Loans in 2012 and helped the business launch their first online application process. When she is not fulfilling her passion of putting South Africans in homes, Lephoi enjoys running and discovering new spaces in her favourite city, Johannesburg.
