Says John Coetzee, Executive Director of Uvest Property Group, developers of Sitari Country Estate: “The rapid selling out of Waterbrook’s 55 premium apartments towards the end of last year and fast take-up rate of the 33 units in phase 1 of Meadow Lane led us to move the release of these new apartment complexes forward. Demand from both investors and potential residents is strong, boosted by the incredible facilities that the estate will offer as well as the superb interior and aesthetic design, specifications and fittings, which take our apartments to a level not previously seen in developments in the Helderberg.

“Hence we decided to introduce two new apartment schemes, Waterford Place and Paradiso, both designed by our architectural partners BPAS Architecture, and they are already selling briskly.”

Waterford Place Luxury Apartments offer a unique combination of luxury and convenience. These are located within easy access of the 2.2 km Orchard Lane, which will feature vineyards and orchards with olives, limes, lemons, oranges, figs, pomegranates and pears. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments offer the ideal combination of space and comfort, whilst also being brilliantly functional and homely. They feature luxurious vinyl flooring, imported large-format porcelain tiles, solar geyser, Grohe sanitary ware, glass panel walk-in shower, LED downlights, Miele oven, hob and extractor, engineered stone countertops, built-in wood fire braais, and landscaped gardens for the ground floor units.
