Private Property Introduces Virtual Tour Feature

Let’s face it; it’s tough in the property market these days.

The good news is that Private Property is still working hard to give you better tools to get your home sold.

More than 150 000 buyers visited our website last month alone in search of the perfect home. So we’ve developed a funky new feature to make your experience with us even better. Rather than try to describe it, check out this example of a virtual tour to see what we’re talking about...

If you’re selling, to help your property stand out from the crowd, you can now add a virtual tour to your property listing and really show it off. If you opt for a virtual tour, we’ll send one of our newly trained specialists to your home to measure, draw a plan and create the 360 degree images for the tour. This is in addition to the great exposure you’ll get to our massive pool of buyers when you list your property with Private Property.

As a buyer, the virtual tour really helps you to get a better idea of the property before you decide to go out and view it. We know you love great content, so from the 1st of September, properties with virtual tours will rank above the other properties with only normal photos in our search results.

List your property with Private Property now or contact your closest branch to upgrade your existing listing to include a virtual tour.
