Win A Home Season 3 EP27: A home for every life stage

Private Property South Africa
Win a Home

Our three design contestants and their mentors meet up to discuss what will set their bathrooms apart and Nedbank's Tim Akinnusi talks about homes for the different stages of life.

With the second Win A Home challenge in full swing, design contestant Juané Venter and her mentor, VISI magazine's Sumien Brink, discuss how she will continue the themes of her guest bedroom into her bathrooms. Minenhle Ntuli and Elle Decoration's Bielle Bellingham brainstorm the feature wall and Caesarstone elements he'll be including in his bathrooms, while Rudolph Jordaan and Michelle Snaddon from Real Estate Magazine go on an excursion to find the perfect shower head.

Back in the loft, we're joined by Nedbank's Tim Akinnusi on the couch. As people progress through different life stages and their family structures and financial situations change, so do their housing needs and preferences. We have Tim Akinnusi with us in the loft, who is the head of sales and client value management at Nedbank Home Loans at Nedbank.
