75.7 ha Farm in Mossel Bay Outlying

Leeuwekloof lies at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains in Ruiterbos, one of the most sought-after areas near Mossel Bay, with wide, unrestricted views of the mountains. This 75.6951 ha farm borders the R328, the main tar road between Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn, so there is no dirt road to travel to reach it. Garden Walk Mall in Hartenbos is 24 km away, Oudtshoorn 54 km and George Airport 56 km.

A stream runs through a large area of indigenous vegetation and established indigenous trees, and much of the remaining land is covered in fynbos. Black wattle grows on a large part of the northern slopes and is harvested for firewood.

Infrastructure on the farm includes a one-bedroom wood cabin and three smaller storage buildings. Electricity is supplied by a single-phase 16 kVA Eskom connection.
