This olive farm includes an olive grove consisting of a variety of olive trees, most, older than 15 years. Approximately 20 hectare is planted with 6 hectares still vacant. The farm has its own cold olive oil processing plant, storage and oil is botted on-site. Watering of trees is done via a drip-system from multiple boreholes. There is municipal power including a generator that is sufficient to drive the factory and the house. The farmhouse is a standard three-bedroom house with large office that has its own kitchen and bathroom. It also includes a Lapa for functions outside of the main house.
