The farms annual allocation of 100,000 m3 is fully registered with the Palmiet River Irrigation Board.

The farm is partially planted with vineyards, of which 15 hectares are planted with cultivars such as Sauvignon Blanc 3.7 ha, Pinotage 2.2 ha and Petit Verdot 9.1 ha. Quality grapes are currently supplied to the nearby Nederburg Cellar.

Additionally there are 19 hectares of arable land of which 5 hectares are under sprinkler irrigation with lucerne and teff.
