230.9 ha Farm in Mossel Bay Outlying

Exclusive Sole Mandate

This 230 hectrare property is located just outside Vleesbaai, in a sought-after part of the Mossel Bay coastline, with wide, open views of the ocean. Farms like these, this close to the sea rarely come onto the market.

Access is easy, with tar road all the way and convenient, open access to the farm. Vleesbaai is only 2.5 km away, Mossel Bay 27 km, George Airport 64 km and Cape Town International Airport 360 km.

Of the 230 ha, around 225 ha consists of arable pastures. The farm is fenced with a 6-strand smooth steel wire fence and is currently used for sheep farming.

A solar-powered borehole supplies water to the sheep and for household use, and rainwater is collected from the roofs. Nine water tanks with a total capacity of 50 000 litres serve as water storage.

The house is a low-maintenance 92 m² face brick home with two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. It has a basic 12V solar system and a gas geyser.

The beautiful 300 m² face brick barn has sliding doors on both ends and a room with a wooden loft, bunk beds and a bathroom, which was used to house seasonal workers, especially the wool-shearing teams. The barn is very well built and would be ideal to convert into a home, either completely or partially. Who would not want to live in a barndominium only minutes from the beach

If you are looking for a farm with enough space, where you can create a home with space and sea views close to the beach, this farm is one to consider.
