Metanoia Estate, Wilderness Heights.

This 4 Hectare vacant plot at R4500 000, is currently outside the Metanoia gate, but to be consolidated and the gate to move to include this plot into the Metanoia Estate development. The plot itself therefore needs to be developed anew.

This brand-new secluded development of 7 smallholdings between 3 to 4 hectares within 23 hectares is called Metanoia Estate are being created in Wilderness Heights close
