As the space is within a company''s offices the occupant will not be able to operate an office from the premises and no permanent parking is available.

No perishables, chemicals, liquids, food, seeds, livestock or organic substances will be permitted.

These storage spaces are ideal for dry goods like paper, archiving, furniture and electronic equipment.

Access to off-load or pick-up will only be during week days, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

Heavy vehicle access is available up to the entrance of the building. From there goods must be carried by hand or trolleys. No fork lift access.

Different sizes of space is available to suit smaller tenants.

Rental R65/m2 excluding VAT.

No utility charges will apply.
