The domestic worker and gardener currently have controlled access to the property.

Their gate access is restricted to:

Days: Monday to Friday

The gate opening is limited to pedestrian access wheelbarrow access only.

Both individuals are long-standing and trusted.

Both are issued with an Ajax smart remote to allow them to activatedeactivate the alarm. This is monitored by the security system.

Should additional services domestic or gardening be required, this can be arranged.

Excluded from rental:

- Pool chemicals tenant to set up and maintain contract with Slimline Pools

- Gardening consumables

- Including but not limited to: petrol, 2-stroke oil, weed-eater line, refuse bags

- Gardening tools will be supplied by the landlord as needed requests via gardener

- Cleaning consumables

- Including but not limited to: cleaning products, cloths, etc.

- Water and electricity prepaid

- Gas
