Downstairs - Six unfurnished rooms, generously sized each with en-suite bathrooms and in-room kitchenettes. Bedrooms are fitted with built-in cupboards that provides ample storage space. The built-in desks and bookshelves also ensure a comfortable study environment in the privacy of your own room.

A Larger downstairs kitchen is semi-equipped and semi-furnished with a gas hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, washing machine. A very practical communal living area offers an open plan living space, the ideal spot for relaxation or catching up with your fellow housemates.

Secure parking per room is included in the lease.

Water will be billed at the end of the lease term according to usage.
