Private Property – Market Leaders!
As you are all aware, Private Property has led the Property industry with regards finding buyers for property for a long time!! We are continuously enhancing our product to ensure that we increase the number of buyer leads we provide to our agent partners. But, we don’t think that finding buyers is good enough. It is our mission to provide a platform for ALL participants in the Real Estate market to find what they are looking for. So we found a way to provide “SELLER LEADS” as well.
What is it?
We recently put our heads together to find a way for us to help our Agents source seller leads as well. What we came up with is pure genius!! The new Agents – On – Call feature that was launched on the site in August may well be our best creation yet. We realised that potential sellers also need the opportunity to engage with the leading agents in their suburb. The problem is that they are often over whelmed with calls from Agents and feel somewhat intimidated through the process of selecting an agent to deal with.
We have taken the pain out of the process and put the power in their hands to select multiple agents to contact. They can now send leads directly to you the agent to discuss the option of selling their home, as well as to find their new dream home. They simple select the agents they want to contact, and then send a mail directly to you. Remember, you want to get onto page 1 of a results page so use your pro points to do VT’s! This is a great branding opportunity for you as an agent to get the exposure you need on the busiest Property Website in the country!
How does it work?
It’s simple! All you need to do is sign up at a crazy cheap price and we will add you to the feature. We have packages to suit individual agents, as well as big offices with multiple agents.
Each agent is ranked according to the number of listings that he loads onto Private Property. This will give the seller a good indication of who the “top” agent in each area is. The feature will appear on the bottom of each SEARCH RESULT page and will only display the agents who have properties for sale on that specific page.
What other benefits will it offer?
In addition to the feature on the bottom on the RESULTS PAGE, we will also create a “link” from the Property DETAILS page that will link to a page dedicated to you as the agent.
Sellers or Buyers can click on your name and this will then take them to a “landing page” where only your properties for sale will be displayed. You can add a bit of information about yourself and also a link to your Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter profile. Already we are generating 100’s of leads per day.
