Graham Gavin: aims to give you the tools to create a real estate business that is based on repeat business, referrals and consistent results.

15 October; 5pm to 7:45pm; free for members and R150 for non-members; 2 CPD points

Recruit Right: aims to address recruitment issues and simplify the process within the law. This workshop is not solely for those in property, but for anyone who could benefit from learning how to recruit correctly from the outset.

23 October; 9:30am to 1:30pm; R350 for members and R550 for non-members; 3 CPD points

Residential Rentals: covers practical aspects of renting residential property including marketing, attracting tenants, late payments, problem tenants, the Consumer Protection Act, legislation, and evictions.

Residential Rental Inspections: aims to cover incoming and outgoing inspections in order to protect both client and agency from unnecessary and unexpected costs.

12 November; R500 for members and R750 for non-members; 4 CPD points

Advanced Residential Rentals: ideal for seasoned agents, this course aims to clarify how case law affects rental businesses and show you how to apply this law to your business.

13 November; R1 000 for members and R1 200 for non-members; 4 CPD points
