First time home buyers and property investors can get a comprehensive understanding of the property buying process at The Property Buyer Show.
Buying property, whether as a home or as an investment, can be a complex process and involves a significant financial investment. Private Property believes that buyers should be empowered with the knowledge to make the right property decisions.
In recent months, we’ve embarked on various initiatives including an eBook and a TV series to educate and inform property buyers of the various aspects to consider when purchasing a home – from getting finances in order, to searching for property, to the legal aspects of a property transfer.
The Property Buyer Show provides another great platform for us to educate and empower property buyers.
The Property Buyer Show, a first of its kind exhibition taking place in April at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, has attracted Private Property and other big names as sponsors giving first-time home buyers and property investors a comprehensive understanding of everything involved in purchasing a property.
“We are very proud to announce that some of the biggest names in the property industry have partnered as sponsors for the show,” says Richard Stubbs, Event Director at Spintelligent, Clarion Events. “These include First National Bank, Pam Golding Properties, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Private Property and property developers Balwin Properties to mention a few.”
Private Property are exhibiting our portal services and will be bringing their brand to life with an interactive exhibition stand. “Around 90% of property searches begin online on property websites like Private Property, and a large proportion of these are by first-time buyers. An online platform like ours is the ideal starting point for buyers since they can view a wide selection of stock from agents, developers, banks and private sellers, research the market and access useful advice,” says Sue Clarke, Marketing and Media Manager for PrivateProperty.co.za. “We’re excited to be involved with the show and look forward to meeting the public and showing them just how useful our site can be to them.”
The show, which will take place from 8 to 9 April at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, aims to create a transactional platform for buyers to engage with the residential property sector, showcasing the latest developments within the Western Cape, while at the same time educating and informing property investors about building wealth through a property portfolio with a series of seminars and workshops presented by successful investors and property thought leaders. “Our goal with the show is to provide a one-stop shop where all property buyers can efficiently compare property options and make informed decisions,” says Richard.
