Buying property, whether as a home or as an investment, can be a complex process and involves a significant financial investment. Private Property believes that buyers should be empowered with the knowledge to make the right property decisions.

This year, we’ve embarked on various initiatives including an eBook and a TV series to educate and inform property buyers of the various aspects to consider when purchasing a home – from getting finances in order, to searching for property, to the legal aspects of a property transfer.

The Property Buyer Show provides another great platform for us to educate and empower property buyers.

After a hugely successful show in Cape Town, The Property Buyer Show heads to Gauteng next. The show, which will take place from 27 to 29 October at the Sandton Convention Centre, aims to create a transactional platform for buyers to engage with the residential property sector, showcasing the latest developments within Gauteng, while at the same time educating and informing property investors about building wealth through a property portfolio with a series of seminars and workshops presented by successful investors and property thought leaders

“Our show is the ideal destination for anyone looking to invest in property, whether it's your first property or adding to your property portfolio,” says Richard Stubbs, Event Director at Spintelligent, Clarion Events. “The exhibition is a one-stop shop that includes prominent real estate brands such as Pam Golding Properties and Private Property, the major banks – FNB, ABSA and Standard Bank, and some of the country’s leading property developers”.

Private Property is exhibiting our portal services and will be bringing their brand to life with an interactive exhibition stand. “Around 90% of property searches begin online on property websites like Private Property, and a large proportion of these are by first-time buyers. An online platform like ours is the ideal starting point for buyers since they can view a wide selection of stock from agents, developers, banks and private sellers, research the market and access useful advice,” says Sue Clarke, Marketing and Media Manager for www.PrivateProperty.co.za.

We’re excited to be involved with the show and look forward to meeting the public and showing them just how useful our site can be to them.
