The team heads down to PE and meets up with property agent Kobie Potgieter from RE/MAX Independent Properties.

They are introduced to property owners Abe and Debbie who needs to sell their property as soon as possible due to Debbie's job transfer.

The property is in good condition and is in a prestige security estate in Port Elizabeth that even boasts wild life.

Kevin from Po10tial Construction suggests that they remove some loose tiles in the kitchen and replace them with a mosaic feature in the centre of the room.

Abe points out that the carpets, which came with the property are in a terrible condition. Kobie suggests replacing the ugly stained carpets with laminated flooring.

The dining room needs some paint and the team jumps to work after all the problems have been identified.

Interior designer Lara's sister Lillian, who also happens to be in the same profession, fills in for Lara and talks to Debbie about her design plan. She has consulted with Lara and the two came up with a plan to use earthy colours that blend with the outside.

Kobie started her career as a teacher before she opened her own RE/MAX office, 17 years ago. Education has always been something close to her and so the "Vat jou goed en trek!" producers donate R10 000 to a very worth cause, a charity institution that helps students through high school and provides them with the necessary skills to graduate matric successfully.

Back home Henck realises that the mosaic tiles were not placed in the middle of the kitchen and therefore looks off balance. The problem is that the tiles have already set and since the team is racing the clock there is no time to lift and retile.

The team comes up with a solution to add another row of mosaic tiles in the kitchen that will balance out the uneven amount of tiled mosaic.

Just as there is a solution to the one problem, another arises. Henck receives a phone call that the truck transporting the furniture from Jhb to PE has broken down 100 km outside PE.

A tow truck has been called out but it will take a further 3 hours for them to arrive.

With time running out Henck and Lillian decides to use the time to build a fire pit at the backyard of the property.

The laminated floors have been installed and looks amazing.

The team decides to jump into the "Vat jou goed en trek!" bus to try and find the truck that is busy towing the furniture truck. They find the tow truck and eventually reach the property.

After an intense but successful 3 days, the team is ready to show Debbie and Abe their work.

The family is blown away by how beautiful their house looks. The walls have been painted, the study and sitting room floors have been laminated and the kitchen floor looks amazing with the mosaic feature.

Kobie shows the family the reaction of potential buyer and feedback looks positive.
