Pretoria couple Henri and Liesel feel that the time has come to move on to new horizons. Henck introduces them to area specialist Marieth Kloppers from RE/MAX Infoglobe who vows to get the home sold

The 4-bedroom property is in great condition, except for the pool-house / entertainment area that is used as a storage space and is an eye sore. With its own bathroom and bedroom, the space has the potential to add value if used correctly.

Marieth suggests converting the area to an entertainment area overlooking the pool or as a granny flat. Kevin voices concerns over whether it will be possible to renovate the area including its combined bathroom and bedroom in the allotted time.

Interior designer Lara's business partner Anthony joins the team this week and has lots of creative ideas. He immediately spots an old tree branch in the garage and breathes new life into it by tying fairy-lights around it and hanging it from the ceiling as a decorative ceiling light.

Kevin and his team start with tiling of the entire area including the bathroom and bedroom.

Anthony is very impressed with two large pieces of art that hang in the main pool / entertainment area and decides to use it as inspiration for the rest of the area as a theme. Liesel love the idea of pulling elements of the painting through to the bedroom area and Anthony introduce her to Evert from Vertical Ink. The company specializes in printing on walls as a substitute to wallpaper. The technology allows Evert to put a design into a computer and have the printer vertically inserted onto the wall where it prints the design.

Anthony and Liesel are happy with the result and Anthony pulls Liesel away from the chaos to talk to her and husband Henri about a simple yet effective way of recycling an old suitcase that he found. By drilling four holes into the base and screwing in legs, he converts the suitcase into a funky table.

The team gets ready for the reveal by applying the last touches. The Sedgars truck arrives with the furniture that Anthony selected and Kyle from Plantinfo pulls Henri aside to educate him on the best plant choices for his garden. A delighted Henri says that he is keen to apply his new knowledge on his new property.

Time finally arrives for the big reveal and the family is blown away with the end result.

The entire entertainment area, bathroom and bedroom has been repainted and retiled. The bathroom looks brand new and everybody is impressed with the feature wall in the bedroom courtesy of Vertical Ink.

Marieth demonstrates some of the awesome features on the Private Property website like virtual tours of properties that make it easy to get an all round idea of a property from anywhere around the world.

She then shows them the thrilled reactions of buyers as they viewed the renovated home. Henck thanks Marieth on a successful episode and feels positive that there might be a offer on the table from one of the potential buyers they saw.
