Kloppers Incorporated have established offices in Richards Bay, Empangeni, Durban and Ballito. Over the years the firm has grown from strength to strength, expanding it's reach within the Republic of South Africa, and at all times striving towards the highest level of professional legal advise.
Kloppers Incorporated commenced practice on 1 May 1999 in Richards Bay which is currently based in the Central Business District of Richards Bay, at Suite 21 Partridge Place, Lira Link, Richards Bay. From the onset, the practice enjoyed immediate support and rapidly established a following. On the 1st of October 2001 Kloppers Incorporated expanded by opening an office in Empangeni, situated at Unit F2 The Park, Pearce Crescent, Empangeni. During May 2004, an office was opened in Durban North, which is now situated at 338 Lilian Ngoyi Road (previously Windermere Road), Morningside, Durban and on the 1st of July 2014, the Kloppers Ballito office opened its doors in Central Ballito.
At the beginning of 2008, Kloppers Incorporated took a bold set towards expansion, with their association with the Phatshoane Henney Group. The Phatshoane Henney Group is the largest group of associated firms in South Africa and Kloppers Incorporated was the first legal firm within the province of KwaZulu-Natal to join the ranks of its esteemed members. Other member firms include the prestigious Greyvensteins & Notier Inc. in the Western Cape; Naudes Inc. in the Free State; and Van der Merwe Du Toit in Gauteng; just to name a few.
The alliance with Phatshoane Henney and the addition of the Ballito office brought with it an addition to the Directorship of Kloppers Incorporated, namely Douglas Henney and Gavin Steinhobel. We boast a directorship of seven professionals.
We are electronically linked to the Deeds Registries of South Africa as well as the Registrar of Close Corporations and Companies and ITC for instant access to crucial information. We are also directly linked by computer network to our various commercial clients, which ensures effective communication. All software is being updated regularly and all our staff undergo ongoing training and skills development programmes.
Technology is the driving force behind administrative efficiencies. To this end, we keep up-to-date with all relevant hardware systems. We use the most advanced and up-to-date computer technology with regards to the practices within the Republic of South Africa.

Kloppers Incorporated can be relied upon for the cumulative experience of its energetic directorship. We are dedicated to realise the vision of the country, to achieve the national goals of transformation and to implement Black Economic Empowerment.
We, at Kloppers Incorporated realise that by sharing knowledge, our fellow South Africans can be given the opportunity of self-improvement. For this reason, we offer training courses to clients and their employees. Existing manpower and resources are utilised to lend assistance not only to staff but also to clients to allow them to function more efficiently and to provide a broader service to the community.
Our staff complement represents people of both genders and all races and we are committed to making our staff even more representative of the demographics of South Africa.
We are also willing to act as mentor for law firms from the historically disadvantaged communities. We do at times render our legal services on a pro bono basis especially when we are impassioned about the cause. A few of our directors also devote their time to acting as Commissioners in the Small Claims Court. This is a free service afforded to the community and the Commissioners are not compensated for their time.

*We are linked to the rates department and SARS electronically and receive the rates clearance certificates and transfer duty receipts online.
*We arrange for Levy Clearance Certificates to be issued.
*We can assist with Electrical Clearance Certificates and Borer Clearance Certificates by recommending reputable companies.
*We are on the panel of Standard Bank, Nedbank, Nedbank Property Finance and Commercial, ABSA Bank, First National Bank, BOE and Sanlam.
