The Hills. A 1137 ha Fish River Valley Bushveld game farm situated North of Grahamstown completed with a small hunting lodge. Accommodation consists of 3-bedrooms with a lounge/dining room with an indoor braai, kitchen all sharing one bathroom. There is another en-suite outside room (rondaval).

The property is completely off the grid with a 40 KW battery capacity running off a 16 KW inverter. There is staff accommodation as well as a cold room and slaughter facilities.

There is a good road network throughout the property, vegetation is typical Fish River Valley bushveld, which is ideally suited for browse. There are two boreholes on the property, a 2 000l an hour (not in use) as well as a 10 000l equipped solar borehole. There are numerous earth dams and drinking troughs in place.

The property is game-fenced, with a CAE in place and has one breeding camp (approximately 30ha).

Game includes (Approximately) 150 Kudu, 150 Impala, 50 Nyala, 30 Eland, 13 Giraffe, 10 Bushbuck, 50 Waterbuck, 8 Zebra, and an order is in place for some White Blesbuck, Black Impala and many Warthog and other smaller indigenous antelope.
