Paradise beach is situated up against a semi nature reserve and conservancy area and with the green belt areas in between the houses is the reason why you will see wildlife such as tortoises, porcupines, mongoose, bush buck, duiker and then there are also more two hundred species of bird life. Paradise beach also has its own landing strip for small aircraft. A short seven- or eight-minute drive will take you into the center of Jeffreys bay, where you will find shopping malls, schools, hospitals and not forgetting the famous surfing beach super tubes where every July the world championships are held.
