the establishment of a township and there is no other mineral rights applicable

on the land to prevent land development. A letter of no objection (subject to

the usual conditions) was received from Gautrans. Storm water will be disbursed

to the west of the property, and the owner, have a contract with the

adjacent owner for a services servitude.

According to the CES report, water is available to the east of the development (+- 800 to

900m). A quotation was already received by Eskom which indicated that Eskom

power was available since 2011 and a fresh quotation can be obtained if

necessary.
