A 1960ha game farm with five ensuite chalets. Three bedrooms with communal bathroom for his and hers. To secure riffles and ammunition, approved SABS safes are provided in the chalets.

The two separate self catering lapas with fully equipped kitchens are available for use at any time. The bigger lapa also consists of a lounge and dining area and fireplace. For the thursty hunters, a cold refreshment from the bar will sort that out very quickly! The smaller lapa has a fire pit to sit around and exchange hunting stories. The hot summer days is also sorted with a beautiful sparkling pool to cool off after a hot day.

A spacious slaughter room with a walk-in freezer and a walk-in coldroom confirm ample work surfaces are available in this fully equipped butchery.

The main house with a thatch roof double story consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom also has a walk-in dressing room. Upstairs is a open plan living area walking out onto a balcony. A private lapa and lock-up storage rooms next to the lapa for that extra needed space.

Of the four boreholes, three is equipped and only one is in use, supplying the house and the lodge, as well as all the water troughs for the game. Walking in a relaxing environment and be surrounded by nature in the far northern Limpopo bushveld you would want to have this everyday. A hide-out at the water troughs for the hunter that is not a walker is also available. Four cement dams are all in use and six earth dams are filled only in rainy season.
