Water Supply

The property boasts outstanding water infrastructure, making it a rare find in the area. There are several boreholes, seven of which six are equipped with submersible, solar, and mono pumps. One of these delivers an impressive yield of over 20,000 liters per hour.

Water is stored in three cement dams, four newly constructed earth dams, and one older earth dam these dams capture runoff rainwater to help replenish the underground water sources. In addition, six water tanks supply the residential units. Five livestock drinking troughs further ensure reliable water access throughout the farm.

Accommodation

The farm is already set up for guest accommodation, with a variety of units providing space for up to 22 guests. These include 13 units ranging from single rooms to one-bedroom chalets, along with two A-frame chalets.

Main Residence: Spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with generous living areas and a well-appointed kitchen.

Second Residence: Comprising a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

Staff Accommodation: Three wooden houses in the hunting camp for a chef and staff, with further worker housing in a hostel.
