This one bedroom bush retreat is in a good location very close to the river. Being on stilts allows for beautiful bushveld views including your own big stand of 2100m2.

The house consists of 1 bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen and lounge area is open-plan with a steep staircase to the small loft area. The loft will be ideal for kids to sleep or to use for extra storage space.

Both the lounge and bedroom walks out onto a nice size deck where one can have a relaxed afternoon watching the sun goes down, and listen to the hippo and call of the fish eagle.

The built in braai on ground level is semi enclosed with latte to provide an entertainment area. The outside shower will also be ideal on a hot summers day.

The furniture is part of the package except for a few small things owner might take.

A solar panel allows for a few back-up lights.
