The living area leads out to a enclosed patio from where the stairs go up to the large loft area which can be used for extra sleeping space/games room etc. From the loft you can go out onto a spacious deck where you can view the sunset and listen to the sounds coming from the river.
On the outside is a Lapa with build in braai and a double shade port. At the rear of the house is a store room and also 2 JoJo tanks.
