Jackal Creek Estate is a safe, homely estate with all the amenities you could need without having to travel more than 1km. We have a gym, golf course and clubhouse with a restaurant and bar in walking distance within the safety of the estate.

Our home is a shared space with a couple living in the master bedroom and renting out the second bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom, built in cupboard and is furnished with a bed, bedside table and desk. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

This shared space is perfect for a student or travelling person, we ourselves are sometimes away on trips over weekends but we are both studying and cooking at home most nights of the week. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Jackal Creek shopping centre is 5 minutes away for grocery shopping and blueberry square is 10 minutes way for grocery shopping and restaurants.

The estate has wild jackals and a large biodiversity order plants and bird live, any nature lover would be in heaven. We own two cats who are in-door cats sharing all spaces of the environment however, if preferred you may keep your room closed at any and all times.

We have a helper to clean twice a week, she does washing of clothes and bedding, cleaning of the house in every room, ironing and neatening of the general areas.

All costs are covered in the rental price of R4700 except individual use items such as hygiene items (shampoo, hand wash, soaps), washing powder, cooking oils, spices and food items are to be purchased by the person renting.

To tell you a little bit about myself and my partner, we are both creative and sporty individuals, my partner works at a gym and I work at a school. We both do rock climbing and enjoy our weekends away in the mountains, we alternatively enjoy our series and movies when we are resting at home.
