The advert is for a room in a commune. This is a commune to share with 4 other people in the house. It is close to amenities and in the mainroad of Corlett Drive and close to Louis Botha, where BRT to JHB, Alexander and Sandton is available. What is important is someone who can live in peace with others , with cleanliness and someone who who can keep the place secured not only for themselves but also for other housemates. The house has a spacious yard, lounge and has a good environment. It is ideal for young graduates, young workers or middle age workers. Pets and children cannot be accommodated. No squatting is allowed. Visitors that stay for over 6 days in a month would have to alert the lessor to add a small contribution to electricity which is around R100. We each contribute R400 as we take turns to buy electricity and top up where necessary and the top up does not exceed R200 and for most months there is no need to top up. We also contribute R30 for cleaning things. Respect and harmony with others is critical. Sadly no parties are allowed unless its gatherings of a few friendsfamily at reasonable times and notice with reasonable amount of noise. The deposit is R3200 and it can be paid upfront or in two or three installments.
