Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to RE/MAX. The following fees apply based on notice given:

More than 3 months before arrival 25% of rent

3 to 2 months before arrival 30% of rent

2 to 1 month before arrival 50% of rent

1 month to 7 days before arrival 75% of rent

Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of rent

The landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departures.
