The house has a little private garden with pond and a walkway to a little pool and pooldeck with breathtaking views to Cape Town, False Bay and Winelands.

In the rent included is water, WiFi for your TV, garden - and pool service and parking. The deposit is one month rent. The house is suitable for a couple, 2 people sharing or as well very safe for a single lady. If you are a nature lover you will be seeing bucks, porcupines, genets etc. up close.
